Product commercialisation
Assess the customer need, cost to serve, route to market and after-sales obligations before committing to a launch. A credible product proposition includes a practical way to supply and support it.
Trading
Evaluate a proposed trading relationship against landed cost, stock exposure, channel terms and responsibility for returns. Interest in an opportunity does not imply an existing distribution agreement.
